Given the site-specific soil conditions, ideally from a soils report, and structural loadings in accordance with AASHTO specifications for structural supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signals from the pole manufacturer, CHANCE application engineers can select the right CHANCE Instant Foundation to do the job. This strength can be certified in writing to the engineer of record prior to installation, if requested. Structural verifications are computed using Professor Bengt B.Brom’s calculation methods, based on the AASHTO pole loadings and the soil or boring information available from the project site.
